What standards do your SPDs meet?
IEC 61643-11 (AC), IEC 61643-31 (DC/PV), and IEC 61643-21 (signal). Products carry TUV, CE, RoHS, CB, and ISO 9001 certifications. See our Certifications page for the full scope.
How do I choose the right SPD for my application?
Start with three questions: What’s your system voltage? Where will the SPD be installed — main panel, sub-distribution, or at the equipment? What’s your earthing system? If you’re not sure, tell us about your project and we’ll recommend a configuration.
Do you offer samples?
Yes. Standard models are available as samples within 3-7 working days. Shipping is at the buyer’s cost.
What's the minimum order quantity?
No minimum. You can order a single unit — useful if you need to test fit, verify specs, or run a field trial before committing to volume.
Can I get a datasheet or spec sheet?
Yes. Contact us with the model you’re interested in, or describe your application and we’ll send the relevant documents.
I know your products are of good quality, but in our market, products of average quality are the most popular. What should I do?
Rest assured, in addition to high-performance products, our company also offers a range of cost-effective products, such as the TRS series. I’m confident you’ll find what you need in our company.
What's your delivery time?
Samples: 3-7 working days
Bulk orders vary by product and quantity — contact us for a lead time specific to your order.
Do you offer OEM/ODM?
Yes. Private label, custom housing, custom packaging, modified electrical specs. No co-branding. Details on our OEM page.
What's the warranty?
2 years from shipment. Covers manufacturing defects. Damage from incorrect installation, misapplication, or environmental conditions beyond rated specs is not covered.
Do you provide technical support?
Yes. If you need help with SPD selection, wiring configuration, earthing system compatibility, or certification requirements for your market, contact us. We answer with spec references, not sales scripts.
How do I verify your certifications?
TUV certificates are searchable on Certipedia. We provide copies of other certifications on request.
What if a product fails in the field?
Contact us with the date code on the unit. We trace it to the MOV batch, assembly shift, and test record. If it’s a manufacturing defect, we replace it under warranty.
Do you have a return policy?
Non-defective returns are not accepted on custom or bulk orders. If a unit has a confirmed manufacturing defect, it’s covered under our 2-year warranty — we replace it and cover return shipping.
