Encapsulation & Traceability
Automated potting systems apply highly controlled insulation to internal component assemblies in order to provide protection against harsh surroundings. It keeps all the components together and allows for improved thermal management and structural integrity. After all of these steps are complete, an automated high-speed laser marking process is completed to provide clear and permanent product traceability. Packaging is handled automatically as well, to facilitate final logistics preparations for global partner networks.
